Just wanted to say again how much we liked the landscaping that SacraScape did for us on April 2014.

Your workers were respectful, neat with their work and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend SacraScape to anyone. Our yard looked perfect when they left.

However, the black mulch color has not held up at all. I know we discussed the rain we’ve had lately, but even considering that, the black has faded significantly in one month. It now looks like a medium brown. I hope you did discuss this with your supplier because it should have stayed black much longer than this.

Thanks again for your superior work on our lawn. We sincerely plan to call you again when we need landscaping.

Dear SacraScape:

Barbara and I wish to thank you for the wonderful job your folks have done placing rip-rap along our extremely eroding shoreline.

Because a large part of our 220 foot shoreline has been designating “wetland” and couldn’t be disturbed, this meant that the staging and preforming the work from landslide of our property itself was prohibited. Therefore, it was absolutely necessary for you to stockpile materials at Fawn Lake’s marina, a considerable distance from our shoreline, load them on a barge and upon arrival at our shore unload and place each stone by hand from the barge.  By anyone’s standards, this was arduous work. Nevertheless, it was completed in a very timely manner and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. It is even more beautiful then we first envisioned.

We would not hesitate and would be happy to recommend SacraScape to anyone.

I am writing you both to command you on how you raised Troy Jr. We both know parenting is not easy nor is there an exact formula to follow when doing so.

His mature handling of the very emotional and negative lawn situation with Cheryl last week and his immediate willingness to accept responsibility and accountability is a direct reflection of the guidance and direction you both gave him as parents.

He is to be personally commended for his maturity, patience and professionalism in effectively dealingwith a very irate, highly emotional, and very upset customer last week. Very few if any young men today handle this type challenge very well. He did and it reflects positively on your influence in his life.

By the way… he will have our work for a long time with that positive mature way of handling his business.

Our association with Custom Lawn and Landscaping began in 1998 when we moved to Lake Anna. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work in the installation of Rip-Rap and a retaining wall at the Dock area, and the construction of an arbor. Troy Sacra and his workers are dependable, courteous and always strive to please. Recently we again contacted Mr. Sacra to address erosion issues, improvements of our lawn, and the installation of an in-ground sprinkler. The end result of this major project far exceeded our expectations, and once again we appreciated the dependability, attitude, and efforts to please, demonstrated by all.
